Matson & Associates, Inc (M&A) provides expert witnessing and litigation support to our clients in lawsuits concerning contamination resulting from chemical emissions to the air, water, and subsurface. Our firm is retained by parties representing injured individuals, property owners, manufacturers, insurance carriers, and municipalities.
M&A’s staff specializes in evaluating industrial facilities for compliance with reasonable standards of care and for compliance with regulations. Our engineers and scientists conduct research on manufacturing operations, chemical use, handling and disposal practices, pollution control measures, and remedial actions. We build a historical framework of laws and regulations, published best practices, and industry standards to evaluate corporate knowledge and actions.
M&A also reconstructs chemical emissions using a variety of engineering tools and an in-depth understanding of manufacturing equipment and pollution control technology.
