M&A was retained by a manufacturing company to evaluate national and state professional engineering codes and company policies compared to the actions taken by a national consulting firm contracted to perform environmental remediation. M&A’s analysis of the codes and policies supported opinions on behalf of the plaintiff regarding actions to avoid a conflict of interest in a way to protect the interests of all involved parties.
