Chlorinated Solvents Contamination at a Resin Manufacturing Plant

M&A was retained on behalf of a defendant in a cost allocation dispute concerning remediation of groundwater contaminated with chlorinated solvents and other contaminants. M&A examined the chemical handling, storage, and disposal methods and compared them with corporate policies, industry standards, and regulations concerning hazardous substances to provide opinions on the likelihood of certain sources contributing to the groundwater plume. M&A provided deposition testimony.
