M&A was retained by a municipality in a cost allocation dispute among PRPs at a former asphalt manufacturing facility. We utilized our expertise on the historical uses of PCBs, historical knowledge of PCB use and contamination in the transformer industry, and knowledge of PCB regulations to provide an opinion on the likely source of PCBs at the facility. M&A provided deposition testimony; the case settled prior to trial.
